About The Wines

Emergent Mourvèdre 2021 RRP $42:

Aromas of sage, cherry spice and fresh almonds. Dark black fruit on the palate with powdery tannins that provide a canvas for the flavours that wash across the medium bodied palate, and bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and vibrant.

Our Mourvèdre has a very long finish and persistent drive with an elegant fruit profile.

After the kids have gone to bed, I love a glass of the Emergent with some dark chocolate while we watch the Paris Roubaix, Giro d'Italia or the Tour de France.

Affinity Grenache Mourvèdre 2021 RRP $42:

Here premium barrels of Brini Grenache and Lacey Mourvèdre are brought together to make a truly rounded and balanced wine with juicy acid, powdery tannin and the best of juicy red berries from Grenache and earthy mid and back palate from Mourvedre.

This wine I love to sit with a glass of as I read a good book. Equally I love it with hearty shared food at one of our raucous weeknight family dinners.

Welkin Rosè 2022 RRP $28: 

Elegant. Dry. Spiced.  A beautiful salmon-orange colour.
Aromatics of fresh flowers and just ripe strawberries jump out of the glass. Blood orange, grapefruit and cranberry characters mingle on to the palate with fresh acidity keeping the wine lively and vibrant. A tickle of tannin adds our signature savoury edge and provides good palate length.

I always stash a chilled bottle in the esky when heading to the beach to while away a day with friends or family. Equally when a spicy Vietnamese or Thai restaurant is in my immediate future.
