A Wine That Becomes Art
The bottle itself is part of the story.
The sculptural pyramid-based magnum is finished with a delicate Guipure lace label, made from my own wedding dress — a symbol of celebration, commitment and memory woven directly into the wine.
Once the organically and biodynamically grown wine inside has been enjoyed, the bottle transforms into a striking vase — a keepsake that continues to mark the moment it was opened.
It is a gift that does not disappear.

From Vineyard to Vessel: The Story Behind the Wine
The fruit for the Aphelion 2025 Magnum Rosé comes from the biodynamically certified Yangarra Vineyard in Kangarilla, one of McLaren Vale’s most respected sites.
The blend - 65% Mourvèdre and 35% Counoise - was hand-picked and co-fermented, a deliberate choice to build complexity, perfume and texture rather than simplicity.
After gentle pressing, fermentation took place in a single 700L seasoned French oak foudré, with lees stirring every fortnight to build a silky mouthfeel and quiet depth. The wine remained on full ferment lees until bottling in January 2026.
This is rosé with intention - elegant, layered, and far from fleeting.
